Registration Fees: Virtual Attendance

Virtual registration includes a single, unique conference portal login that cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices. You may purchase multiple logins if needed.
Includes access to the online conference portal with live streamed sessions, virtual, attendee-only, condition-specific and hangout sessions, session recordings and additional on-demand content through September 30, 2022.
Unfortunately, we are unable to live stream or record Kids Camp or evening socials. However, there will be virtual-only programming, including socials and Q&A with some of our experts.

Registration includes: inability to attend refund insurance, event badge, conference swag bag, wifi, Friday welcome reception, snack breaks, young adult programming, and access to the online conference portal with session recordings and additional on-demand content until August 31, 2022.
Registration is waived for children registered for Kids Camp. Professional caregivers attending any conference session, including Kids Camp, must also be registered.

Kids Camp

Registration for Kids Camp is optional, each child enrolled in Kids Camp will receive free registration.
Kids Camp is for children ages 2-12, and we welcome both affected and unaffected kids. Children less than 2 years of age may join Kids Camp activities free of charge, if in the company of their own care attendant.
Kids Camp programming will include a mix of social, crafting, and video activities, as well as outside entertainers. Programming is concurrent with the main conference agenda, and will include a Saturday evening dance party!
Registration is for Saturday and Sunday: there is no option to register for just one day.
Upon registration for Kids Camp, parents will be asked provide the name(s) and cell phone number(s) of those authorized to drop off and pick up, as well as other relevant information to help ensure the safety of your child.
Child care attendants will include community members and caregivers familiar with children who have neuromuscular conditions. Attendants will not change diapers or take non-ambulatory children to the restroom. Attendants will not administer medical care, suctioning, medications, or tube feeds. Parents will be texted to address these needs directly.

Please submit hotel reservation requests submitted on or before May 26, 2022 in order to be guaranteed a room
All pricing is per night, and includes city tax (15.25%) and daily surcharges ($2.50). Incidentals are not included and you will be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit upon check in.
Guests will be booked at either the Renaissance Nashville Hotel or the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown based on reservation dates, availability of rooms, and room type requested (1 or 2 beds, standard or accessible). Both hotels are a 3-5 minute walk from hotel lobby to conference center.
Hotel reservations must be booked through event registration to qualify for refund insurance and our group rate.
Accessible room availability is limited, so if you can manage in a standard room, please select that option to ensure we have enough rooms for those who absolutely need them. Accessible rooms will be offered to parties with affected adults and teens first. Thank you for your understanding!
If you request more than one room, we will do our best to book adjoining rooms, but cannot guarantee it.

All prices are for plated meals, and include a conference venue service charge (26%) and sales tax (9.75%). Pricing is set the by venue.
