The 2019 SciFam Planning Committee has contracted with four hotels to accommodate our community’s diverse needs.
 

As you can imagine, there are a limited number of accessible rooms within the conference hotel. During conference registration, you will be asked about the type of hotel accommodations you need. You will also be given the opportunity to ask for additional hotel nights to extend your stay (shoulder dates) before or after the dates of the conference.

Following your conference registration, you will receive an email detailing your reservation.at our negotiated room block rate of $199 per night. Note: Shoulder dates may be at a higher rate.

All accessible rooms at the four contracted hotels have been reserved and will be unavailable for attendees to book directly. Accessible rooms at these locations must be booked through SciFam registration. You are welcome to reserve your own accommodations. However, you will be responsible for making your own reservations at the prevailing rate.
